Before Mesa, Mr. Young worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in their Real Estate Principal Investment Area and Development Investment Banking Division, in mergers and acquisitions. From 2006 to 2012, he served at Trammell Crow Company, the commercial real estate development subsidiary of CBRE, where he focused on industrial, office and retail opportunities. Before beginning his real estate career, Mr. Lobner served as a nuclear submarine officer in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2005. Charles D. Young has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Invitation Homes since November 2017. Mr. Young was previously the Regional Vice President, Eastern Region of Waypoint Real Estate Group HoldCo, LLC (the “Waypoint Manager”), a company he joined in 2012. Prior to joining the Waypoint Manager, Mr. Young was Executive Vice President at Mesa Development from 2003 to 2012, a national real estate developer, investor and service provider with a focus on complex mixed-use residential opportunities.
From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Freedman was at GE Real Estate in a number of capacities, including operations controller and finance manager for investments and acquisitions. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Freedman was with Ernst & Young, LLP, including one year as a senior manager in the real estate practice. Mr. Freedman is a certified public accountant. We are still renting from this company and I had planned on doing a second year because I love the house. However today I received 2 charges for $35 for 2 HOA violation notices, the first was for a garbage bag put in the wrong place and was remedied as soon as it was brought to our attention and the 2nd was for the grass being a little too high and we remedied this right away.

When I contacted her boss , they assured me they were going to get my account out of collections and that I would have 30 days to pay AFTER it was released back to them . JUST before she went on vacation, she told me that actually I would have to pay them BEFORE they retrieved my account from collections, by mail, with no receipt. Company is young and still growing - opportunities are limited -for now. Patience and hard work will payoff as the company grows. This is the third house I've rented with Invitation Homes, and each has gotten progressively worse. I had 4 appointments for mold, I finally took care of it myself. I now have had 3 appointments for a washer and dryer that need to be replaced, but they keep throwing incompetence at it and wasting my time.
